A Rich Gold Strike at Scossa

The old mining camp of Scossa, in Pershing County, Nevada, was located 6 miles from the nearby ghost camp of Rosebud and approximately 20 miles northeast of the once famous mining town of Seven Troughs. Buell Park Pipe, Arizona
One of the world’s largest kimberlite pipes is located on the Navajo Indian Reservation in northern Arizona. The pipe is larger than any diamond-bearing pipe in South Africa. It is 16 miles north of Window Rock, the capital of the Navajo Nation.
